Tough to get a spot unless someone leaves, but an ideal spot if you can. Reasonable pricing and decent security for music rehearsal space. The owner is super diligent and takes safety and security very seriously. Hours here allow for jamming up to midnight every night of the week and gear can be loaded or unloaded 24 hours a day. The studio neighbors are cool for the most part, but like all large groups of congregated musicians there always a few primadonnas around. For the most part this is an ideal spot for any bands that need a rehearsal space.

Fruitvale is crazy, okay?!...But I like it...in a strange way....gated for security. band rehearsal spaces in Oakland. Parking is good, beer vending machine and water etc..in the fridge for taking with a donation, open till 12 midnight 7 days a week. Dave, the owner has always been cool with me. The rooms are very hot in the summer, no ventilation, and water leaks, moldy smelling rooms on the side we rehearse on. The price to me is high, but we share with others. No way I could afford it with one band. Chill vibe, lounge area outside...it is a Yes.
