In 2025, Sold my dental office $14,000 worth of used, refurbished 2018 Dell Computers. Never told me they were old or used, told me they were "New for the Windows 11 upgrade" I needed...but one by one...they all started to die. U looked at the Dell Service Tag on the back of all of the computers last month...build date..2018. From what I hear from my fellow dentist and through the grapevine...this was standard business as usual for MCS. Thank GOD I paid for them with my AMEX, I was able to dispute the charges.
I have know and worked with kara and Mobile Computer Services for well over 10 years. We are a small company with the same IT needs as a large company. Mobile Computer Services maintained our network with the utmost service and was always there when when problems came up from time to time. Kara, the owner always made himself available over the phone and many times in person. Which was a 40 minute drive. MCS know what they are doing and they do it well. I would encourage any company that have it needs to use MCS. It will be on of your best decision's you will make. You can have the peice of mind that you are being watch over by the best. I would recommend MCS to anyone.
I have been working with Mobile Computer Services for years now and I would highly recommend them to any dental practice. Kara and his team are extremely professional, reasonably priced and offer a very rapid response time to any need. After all of these years I can honestly say that I have never had any problems getting in touch with someone quickly even during closed hours! My issues, if any arise (they are so on top of things in the background I rarely even need assistance with anything) are always handled within minutes. I have done a complete office build and move with their assistance in the past and they not only helped me plan it all out, made the move and transition of my network a breeze! If you want an IT company that you can trust to get any job done, Mobile Computer Services has my vote!

Kara and the rest of the team at Mobile Computer Services have been great. We switched from another large IT provider who specialized in dental offices a few years ago. They are very knowledgeable with dental software and hardware and we always get a prompt response for any issue. When we need it, their pricing for equipment is very reasonable. We are very happy we made the switch and would definitely recommend them!
