Utterly useless. I call google about a minor issue I was having with my phone. They point me to this repair shop as it is the only licensed repair company in Canada. I go into the store and explain the issue and the fact the representative from google says it is covered by the extended warranty. The technician says he won't repair it cause the last repair had a battery issue and I should RMA it with google. I say okay let me call the representative again and mention this. I do so and the representative tells me he needs a work order from the store. The technician takes my phone gets me to remove the case does not handle it gently, checks the number and says I can't create a work order it is past warranty. I reply yes I know that I told you it is covered under the extended warranty and show him the exact page showing that my exact phone (serial number and all) is covered by the extended warranty as per Google themselves. He says only screen issues are covered. I point again to Google's own forms saying it is covered. He says okay use that form and send it in. I say okay, do I need to do anything and he says you should probably clean it before sending it in. The store says on a banner behind him free 5 min cleaning and diagnostic of phone, but I just ask do you offer cleaning services then. He responds not for this. I leave wasting over an hour of my life with a technician who literally can't do anything despite being licensed by google. Such an utter waste of time.

Almost tried to scam me. I had my phone screen repaired from mobile klinik in Mississauga location in the past, where i was told that i have a life time warranty to fix the damages unless it is physical damage. I went to st catherines location where i was told that damages are covered under the warranty and was advised to attend this hamilton location, as they were out of stock. I went to this location, they took my phone and looked at my account. After i went to pick up my phone, one of the staff told me to pay for the screen as i was not covered as they are not a franchise, but i after told him that i was not told about it at the other two locations, he advised me that he will allow this one time free repair. I checked the polices online afterwards and does not have any policies related to repairs at franchise or corporate location. Beware, if you planning to attend this location. I wish i could give them zero stars.

I recently got my Pixel 8 screen replaced by Harveender and the service was excellent! He was super quick, professional, and finished the job in just 15 minutes. The quality of work is amazing and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend him for phone repairs!

I had a GREAT experience at the store a few days ago. Purchased a phone in excellent condition. All the staff were REALLY friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions (and I had LOTS of questions lol) offered advice and really had my best interest at hand. They never tried to push or pressure me into buying anything and were just really honest and fair. Will DEFINITELY come back in the future to purchase a new phone or for any repairs or issues. I would not consider going anywhere else because I was really impressed with the service. THANK YOU to all the staff who really worked hard to help me get a new phone and for being patient with me. In order to save time, I would recommend making an appointment before you go in, as they are really busy but they really do try their best to help even if you just drop in. HIGHLY recommend 5/5 ***** 😀🙏🏻👍🏻

I had such a great experience at this store! Karen was amazing. He really took the time to help me find the right phone and explained everything so clearly. The store manager, AK, was also super helpful and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone they really care about their customers.
