Amazing service. Was getting the run around from the local tyre shop so decided to give Mobile Tyre Shop a go. Went online, found better tyres at a lower price to what I had been quoted elsewhere, appointments available within 24 hours, was easy to book online and when I needed to clarify something I hopped on the chat and was getting immediate assistance from the customer service team. Communication was prompt and regular via sms and email, Andre arrived the next morning at the exact time stated, was really friendly and honest and gave me lots of general advice while replacing the tyres with lots of care, even making sure the space saver i had put on was neatly packed back into the boot and all clips and wires re-attached correctly. Really impressed by the service from start to finish and will be using Mobile Tyre Shop again for all tyre needs.

Absolutely appalling service from Mobile Tyre Shop—zero stars if possible. Despite providing my exact car model, a receipt from the previous tyre replacement, and following up via email, phone, and messages to confirm details, they still delivered the completely wrong size tyre. Their “service” is a total failure; how can they operate a business when they can’t manage basic information like this? Now they’re demanding a $100 call-out fee to fix their own incompetence, and I can’t even get through on the phone to dispute it.
