The Robinhood Road Mock Tire has a long-standing group of employees, which says a lot. Their service is consistent, reliable and trust-worthy. I heard plenty of positive comments and recommendations for Mock Tire and have stuck with them for many years since. I'm not alone. I hope they maintain what they have now in the future.

I have been coming here for over five years and it is the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to. Without fail, every person I’ve interacted with here has been competent, courteous, and fair. I don’t know how they do it, but their prices are great and so is the service. I never have to worry about unnecessary fixes or up charges; in fact, what typically has happened instead is I’ve learned that I can hold off on a fix or it can be done quickly and inexpensively. I am on my second car (the first car aged out but was still running great with their regular maintenance) with this shop, and they did the courtesy of test driving a third party sale car to confirm I wasn’t being sold a lemon. They’re just so wonderful! I don’t know what things look like in the garage because I’m not in there, but the interactions in the office are always so respectful both between employees and employees and customers. They usually have a middle-of-the-road news channel on, the bathroom is clean, and the WiFi is good. I really love working with these guys and I highly recommend them to any car person or non-car person. If you ever have an issue they can’t help with, they will get you to another fair and competent person who can. Grateful to have mechanics who have continued to prove themselves good and trustworthy.

I have been coming to Mock tires for years. All our tire needs, brakes, & State Inspections are done here. If you purchase your tires here you get free Balance & Rotation for the life of the tires. It’s on a 1st come , 1st serve basis so I get here at 7:30 and out within an hour for the most part. You can also leave your car and they will call you when it’s ready. They are very honest and reliable and their prices are fair. The staff is friendly and efficiently respond to you as soon as you walk in the door. They are a full automotive center and offer all types of mechanical needs and repairs. I have also get my alignments done here. I am completely satisfied with their work and have never had an issue.. Highly recommend them for the care of your vehicle.
