I’ve been taking both of my pups here for years now. I can safely say your pups will be in excellent hands no matter what staff member you go with. My oldest pup is a extrovert sweetheart - she’s always handled like the diva she is. Now most importantly; my youngest pup, sugar, does NOT like to go to the groomers. She’s been like this since we adopted her from a troubled situation. She is always taken in with utmost care and love by mod mutt’s team. Always handled with gentle kindness and patience. As a dog owner, there’s really nothing else you can ask for. One time she even escaped from her leash as we made our way in. I’ve never seen someone run as fast as the front desk man did to help me bring her back to safety!! 100/10. Your pups are in safe hands!
I think I stress more about my dog’s haircuts than my own, and Mod Mutt has been WONDERFUL. We switched to Mod Mutt after a ~terrible~ haircut at another groomer, so we were naturally a little nervous. They listened to everything I said, made suggestions, and were so sweet with my girl! We have been back 3 times now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Marie Taylor is who we’ve booked with each time and she is so nice and attentive to what you want!
