The staff is beyond amazing!! I brought my puppy Clover in at 7 months and they recommended 6 weeks of table training and week after week they didn’t ask for a dime! They care about both the dogs and parents! Ive never had a dog that that has hair that mats so bad but they’ve help teach me the best practices and instructed me the entire time. Shes 2 now and this is the only place I’ve brought my dog and even though I live 30 min away now it’s the only place I want to bring her to. Thank you guys for caring for your customers and their pups! ❤️

I have taken Jack my toy poodle to them for over 3yrs great grooming friendly and professional there is no groomer better I tried them.

The staff was so friendly and made my pet feel comfortable right away. The grooming was done exactly how I asked — my dog came out looking fresh, clean, and adorable. You can tell they really care about the animals they work with, and the attention to detail was amazing. The facility was clean and organized, and the whole process was smooth from check-in to pick-up. Highly recommend West End Grooming if you’re looking for a groomer who is professional, caring, and does fantastic work!

We tried several different groomers in town and West End has been the best by far. Everyone who works there is the kindest friendliest and most genuine person you'll ever meet, and they very clearly love and care for all their furry clientele. Their work is top notch and they're great to work with. Our two dogs (one wheaten terrier, one wheaten/poodle mix) LOVE their groomer visits and are always SO excited to see everyone here. And the care and haircuts my sweet boys get are perfect every time. The folks here also do a great job managing my dog who is other-dog-reactive and they do a beautiful job keeping him (and the other dogs) safe and calm. We've been using them for probably nearly six years now and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend West End!
