Ruby was fantastic. She was easy to talk too, easy to engage with, and gave me good advice. She was not critical of decisions I’ve made to land me in my current situation and I enjoyed meeting with her. For a lawyer she was not intimidating and calm.

The Modern law Navigator is a great resource! The courses are thorough and provide enough information to feel you can handle your case pro se. The office hours are priceless giving each person time to ask questions and get clarity that they probably wouldn’t take the time for with their lawyer. And all the lawyers that lead the office hours are personable and knowledgeable. The Facebook group is lively and a great place to get feedback as well. Every part of the navigator program is an asset when trying to represent yourself.
