Recently got married in September and got chairs and catering equipment from this company, and they were fantastic. They responded quickly and kindly to any and all questions that I had in the quoting process, let my father and I come into the showroom and guided us through the items, and even helped me in adding items a week before the wedding. Because my wedding was in Banff, these lovely people let us us have the equipment for a total of three days to accommodate the drive, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! I was truly blown away by this as so many other rental companies wanted items back same and next day which just wasn't possible for us. The actual quality of the items was great, exactly as advertised and priced competitively to other companies in and around the area. While cost was my original deciding factor, this vendor went above and beyond with their service making the rental seamless. Upon pickup and drop off, the warehouse staff handled everything smoothly and were genuinely nice while doing it. I highly recommend this company!
Beautiful decor - we got such wonderful compliments from our guests! They were lovely to work with and all of our items were excellent quality. We particularly appreciated their willingness to demo multiple combinations of pieces and help us with the styling. Overall a fantastic experience and exactly the outcome we were hoping for. It was such a pleasure collaborating with Maclynn as we made arrangements for our engagement celebrations! She was extremely kind, supportive, and helped us confirm all of the details in advance so that our day was completely stress-free. We received countless compliments on how our dining tables were arranged - from the charger plates to the flatware, and chairs, our guests were extremely impressed with how rustic and elegant everything looked.
