Items are always packaged with care, arrive in good condition, and there is always ample space to pack items up at the end of the event. The warehouse is most helpful and always prompt with providing pick-up orders. The team is a pleasure to communicate with regardless of the number of changes to a contract, and are always willing to problem solve in cases of inventory shortages or delivery obstacles. We rented chairs for our wedding from Special Event Rentals and had a wonderful experience. Nice chairs MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Worth every penny. Special shout out to Debbie who was always kind and great to connect with even though I had endless questions and little changes. Another shout out to the delivery folks who were perfectly on time and to the warehouse staff. We returned our chairs via uhaul and the warehouse staff gave great instructions to make sure everything was returned perfectly. The chairs are so nice and they weren't heavy, I was able to help organize them at/after the event, and at the same time they were sturdy and durable. We went with the chiavari mesh back chairs and they matched the fall cozy fairy vibe I was going for. Thank you!
