Great communication. Answered questions and gave suggestions. Took pictures to show us and the insurance company of what he found. So far everything has been good. But I will update once the service is complete. It seems that I would refer modern. My consultant, Eugene Jackson, was nice, friendly and hilarious was very helpful. He also came back and dealt with my insurance company during their inspection as well.

Every season, different companies came by telling me I needed to fix my roof, but most of them required me to file the claims and keep following up on everything. Modern Roof, on the other hand, handled the entire process from start to finish without me having to worry about a thing. My representative, Koren, worked incredibly hard and took care of every detail. I practically didn’t have to do anything, and my roof was replaced with a brand-new one smoothly and stress-free. I’m truly satisfied with their service, and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Roofing Experience! I can’t say enough about this company — they completely blew my expectations out of the water! From the first call to the final inspection, the team was professional, fast, and ridiculously good at what they do. They showed up early, worked like a well-oiled machine, and had my entire roof replaced in one day — not just slapped on, but precision work that looks perfect. They cleaned up every single nail, and even my neighbors stopped by to ask who did it because it looks so sharp. The project manager walked me through everything, handled the insurance side like a pro, and kept me updated every step of the way. Zero stress, zero mess, 100% satisfaction. If you’re thinking about getting your roof done — stop searching and call these guys. You’ll thank yourself later. Hands down, the best roofing experience I’ve ever had! 🔥
