Modo had a free week trial. It came as a blessing as I am going through a rough time- anniversary of trauma. Yoga is my number one thing to do for trauma. Thanks Mika and staff for the wellness week and reset from increased cortisol and stress.

Great vibe. Friday morning 9:30am class was a good workout with great pose variety and a good sized group of yogis from all walks of life. Instructor understood their audience and did a seamless pivot during class to do crow drills to help the class nail this hard pose. Really appreciated a chance to do a (optional) floating split and full wheel, while also getting options for alternatives. Great build to these poses. The business is clean and professional, with 3 options for well sized change rooms and showers and lockers provided (you will need your own lock if you feel the need). Booking ahead online and showing up early is strongly encouraged as a lot of the practices fill up.

This is one of the best hot yoga studios in the city. Along with the Waverly location. The staff is always amazing and the change room are clean. They provide a hair dryer and toiletries to use as you need. The concrete floors and aesthetic is beautiful. They recently put in a new filtered water fountain. Rental mats and towels are available. They do karma classes that give back to the community and different charities. They have a full store with yoga products to purchase or if you forget something. They offer a variety of different classes some with music. It's amazing. Thank you Modo Yoga!
