A lovely, peaceful yoga studio. The teachers are patient and helpful with students who have physical restrictions in their practices. Wish they had even more classes to choose from during the day!!

Was hoping to make this my regular studio but the beginner classes are way too crowded. The instructor is wonderful but it’s tough to focus on the class when someone is sitting three inches away from you. I was touched by a stranger’s hand/foot almost every class. If they considered reducing the number of attendees per class I would consider returning.

My experience at the Yoga Centre has been phenomenal from day one The instructors are excellent in teaching valuable techniques for optimum results. They emphasize that the pose itself is not the most important factor. The process of getting to or close to the pose with the best of your ability is what counts. I appreciate the meditative and friendly atmosphere at the Yoga Centre. When I leave the yoga class I feel a sense of well being. Aline Gavel

I have recommend this studio to many people over the years. They have a variety of classes and instructors offer a great deal of experience and insight to their students. I started attending workshops here in 2000 and went on to compete my yoga teacher training with Yoga Centre Winnipeg. The insightful instructors guided my awareness of so much in life. As always though the learning never ends. Dawna

Might be a great studio, but I'll never know because the building is not wheelchair accessible. Yoga is supposed to be for everybody and every body, but apparently Yoga Centre Winnipeg didn't get that memo. They said the stairs are an indicator of whether you can do the classes, since you "need to be able to get down and off the floor," but that just implies their teachers can't modify the poses for people with different abilities. 3 stars because they did answer my email right away and were helpful in their response, but the lack of accessibility for something that's meant to be for everyone is definitely a mark against them.
