Absolutely wonderful service from Cathy at the QVB store in Sydney! Cathy was so patient with me and helped me decide on what engagement ring and wedding band I wanted when I had absolutely no idea when entering the store! She helped me pick rings which I am so in love with and she provided excellent service throughout - for example offering to clean my engagement ring when we came back in to select wedding bands. Great experience - would throughly recommend!

Lindy and Julie were absolutely incredible in their customer service. I bought my engagement ring from Moi Moi because Lindy was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me find a ring that ticked the boxes, and was by no means pushy like some other jewellers I visited beforehand. It was this level of customer service that brought me back here to get both my and my partner’s wedding rings, I can’t thank Lindy enough for her assistance through the ring buying process. And thanks for Julie too for helping us pick up our wedding rings! Both did an amazing job

I had a wonderful experience at Moi Moi today. I have been married for 38 years and I wanted to upgrade to a bigger ring and matching wedding band. Julie was so professional and patient, and we never felt pressured. I chose a stunning Supernova Moissanite Engagement ring with a matching Moissanite Wedding band. I am over the moon with how beautiful the rings are. I would definitely recommend Moi Moi to anyone looking for a beautiful ring at a reasonable price.

Moi Moi has such a beautiful and extensive range of Lab Diamonds- I absolutely love the fact that you can look at and choose your own diamond! Mariana made the customisation process of my engagement ring an absolute breeze, so thank you for that. The craftsmanship of my engagement ring is immaculate - I have received plenty of compliments on it! It genuinely turned out so much more beautiful than I could've imagined!!
