Star and April did a great job; they were especially thorough with the window blinds and interior windows. I don't know how they got the inside of my back door clean! We have three dinosaur dogs that scratch at that door and made it look disgusting! But, it is super clean, now! They missed a few things I would have expected for the price; but, I think my husband was getting antsy and rushed them out. Besides the few minor things (e.g., 1 corner of a room was missed, dusting one bathroom wall), I thought Star and April did a great job! Highly recommended these two ladies and next time I will keep my husband from sending them away before they were done!

The women did amazing! They were so kind and thorough, although I wish my floors were cleaned a bit better, but to be fair I do have 5 animals and they were at my house for a very long 4 hours! Would recommend!

I felt like I could finally breathe and get things back on track! The team was wonderful—pleasant, helpful, and professional. My only constructive feedback is that I wish the floors had been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, though to be fair, I only booked a 1.5-hour session. Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them!

This is my 3rd cleaning with Molly maid. The first being a deep clean in moving into a new home and the last 2 being a monthly cleaning. The deep clean was moderately cleaned well, but the last two monthly cleanings were not done as throughly as it could be especially for the pay. I still had dirt and dried stains on my kitchen floors even after “mopping”. I texted the molly maid number and sent pictures and no one had responded. At the beginning they were very responsive when wanting my business but now that they have it they take days to respond. If you need someone to just go over your home quickly this is the service for you, but if you want it cleaned thoroughly I would not waste your money or time since you most likely would have to go over it again to clean which is besides the point.

I scheduled a move-in clean with Molly Maid before moving into my new home, which cost $550, because I desperately needed help with at least one part of the daunting move process. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations; there were multiple areas left untouched or incompletely cleaned, including the floors, blinds, kitchen cabinets exterior and interior, ceiling fans, bathtubs, and the oven. Brandy was very professional and responsive, and she arranged for a follow-up visit. However, the crew that arrived was unable to proceed due to the items already in the house, despite assurances that the clean could be redone mid-move. This left me in a difficult spot, as I’d already begun unpacking and had to clean everything myself in addition to unpacking. After discussing with Brandy who discussed with the owner, I was offered a credit for a standard cleaning valued at $160, but this doesn’t address the need for the original move-in clean, which unfortunately cannot be redone now that I’m settled in. I understand there are policies in place, but I believe this situation highlights the need for flexibility in such cases. I want to acknowledge Brandy’s professionalism—she handled everything kindly and with great effort, which I appreciated. However, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Molly Maid's cleaning, especially move-in services, as the on-site training, in-home team professionalism, and resolution policies didn’t align with what was needed.
