I don't like leaving bad reviews, but my experience was horrible. Nothing to do with customer service . After getting home and noticing my eyebrows were burnt , they have a stiff and some hairs are almost curly, still now losing hair with some bold spot throughout my eyebrows. First picture is the day after and 2nd is now, a couple of weeks after lami
