Great experience with Dr. Juan Kojima and staff. Went in to have a cyst removed. I was nervous because I hadn't had a procedure like this before, but he walked me through the process, was very professional and personable, I felt no pain, and I walked out feeling like I had been well taken care of. Recently I’ve had issues come up and have been in constant contact with her PA, Natalie. I can’t say enough good things about Natalie. She’s been compassionate, responsive, kind and always gets back to me same-day if not first-thing the next morning. It’s made my really annoying and uncomfortable condition more bearable and has helped me tremendously.
