A terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled, but the receptionist told me I needed a referral from a doctor—which wasn't true. It turned out she had simply made a mistake! I didn't need a referral at all! As a result, I’ve lost two weeks waiting for my next appointment—right in the middle of a flare-up of my condition!
