She was very kind courteous, and clear about all of the details. Which is so important to me after this traumatic experience. They started off great but communication fell off later. They did in fact try to remedy this by having I believe the owner or another partner take over the case but at that point I had already changed attorneys. Hopefully, they learned from my case that a clerical error is not the end of the validity of a case..
