We went to Monroes after trying another local agent who we were unhappy with, from the beginning they were a step up from the other agents. Emmie was looking after us and kept us fully informed on viewings giving feedback and advice. When the house was sold we used a solicitor that Monroes had recommended who were also excellent, they have a keyflo service which constantly updates you on the process so you are not chasing for information. We were then passed onto Leanna at Monroes for completion and she liaised with the buyers and solicitors to make sure every ran smoothly. Big thanks to Emmie and Leanna and would fully recommend Monroes.

My partner and I recently bought a house advertised by Monroe Estate Agents. They were excellent throughout the entire process. Very professional, quickly and efficiently sorting queries for us. I’d like to thank Monroe's for selling my home last year and seeing me through the process. We recently used Monroe in North Leeds to sell our house. They were brilliant, and we would highly recommend them. We had various delays and hold-ups through the process of selling and moving, but this was no fault of Monroe, and we felt that they really did everything they could to improve things and they worked tirelessly on our behalf to progress the sale. They communicated extremely effectively with us throughout the process and liaised between all parties to make sure everyone involved knew what was required at any given point. Particular thanks to Danni, who was our primary Sales Progressor, and did an amazing job for us.

Excellent service from Jordan, Sam and Danni in particular but all the staff there are great! I was sold on Monroe initially because of there marketing, it feels modern and on point, and I feel gives potential buyers the insights they are looking for prior to viewing. Once you have engaged Monroe they are pro-active and remain upbeat and confident in your property. I have found other agents losing faith very quickly and then encouraging you to lower the price. Monroe didn't do that, in fact they did the opposite helping us maintain confidence in our price and the market chances. Thanks Team Monroe, great Job!
