Brilliant letting agency, very helpful and very friendly which is essential with house/flat hunting which can be overwhelming and stressful at times. I spoke and did house viewings with Slawka who was Great at supporting us to find suitable properties and contact landlords directly with questions. She was very friendly and approachable. Incredibly good service with easy to use online failities. The staff are very helpful and extremely patient; they answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The head office is also easy to access and feels very cozy. Would highly recommend this service, especially if one requires a free champagne bottle!

I’ve been extremely happy with the service provided by Redbrick Properties. Recently, we were away on a month-long vacation abroad and, after landing, suddenly realised we might have forgotten to switch off the heating in our flat. We contacted our property manager, Luke, and he responded immediately. Within no time, he personally visited the property, turned the heater off, and even checked that the boiler pressure was normal. This quick turnaround gave us complete peace of mind during what could have been a stressful situation. I truly appreciate Luke’s efficiency and Redbrick’s reliable service.
