Perfect for my son's 6th Birthday party! Kept the kids busy all day.. and you know how hard that is sometimes! We had Austin as our delivery person and he was awesome, very personable and took his time to show me everything and answer any questions we had before he headed out, he's a rare find for sure :) Thanks again!

Best party idea ever. We rented a combo jump/water slide for my daughter's birthday and the kids played for hours! A few days prior to delivery we received a detailed email explaining how drop off and pick up were going to work. Both went flawlessly the day of. I needed to reach out midday on a Sunday and Chris responded promptly to my email! Communication is top notch. Pricing is better than other local competitors too. So worth the hours of laughter you hear.

I had twice rented from another company, but was too late booking with them and tried Moon Bounce. My experience with this company was disappointing. There were a couple of problems, but the complaint I will address here is about how they killed my grass. We had the rental from 2-8 on Sunday, and it wasn't removed until about 4:00 Monday afternoon. I've been watering the grass about 30 minutes every day, but I'm not sure if it will come back. When we rented from KC Party rentals (early July both times), the unit was packed up and removed the same day, and no harm was done to the grass. I let Chris know and he kindly offered to reseed for me this fall, but meanwhile I have an ugly yard to view and a larger water bill than I anticipated due to the additional watering.

Wow wow wow. I am blown away by this company! We rented a huge 19’ water slide for a birthday party this weekend from them. They showed up and set it up so fast (they came even earlier too, so we were able to use it longer!). It stormed in the evening so we were afraid they may not come get it. To my surprise at 10:30pm sure enough they were in the backyard packing it up! Super dedicated group of guys. Will for sure use them again!
