Had a bounce house rented for this last Saturday. They sent me the paid invoice the day before showing it was paid and still set up. Tried calling over multiple days to try and get timing of delivery. Never received an answer. They never showed up/called. This was for a 5 Year olds Birthday Party. Terrible service.

Beware. I don’t often leave reviews but I would hate for someone to make the same mistake I did. As if planning a wedding isn’t stressful enough. I called to inquire about chair rentals for our wedding. The woman on the phone was very nice and the price was right. I made the very silly mistake of doing business over the phone rather than getting the quote or invoice first. I was told I would get a confirmation email shortly. They charged my credit card that day but I never got an email. I called them every day for 2 weeks and they never answered the phone. My mom called from her phone as well. Nothing. I messaged them on their website (which only works half the time) and never got a response either. Looking at the reviews I now see this is the pattern. I wish I had looked at the reviews before doing business. If you’re smarter than me and are reading this—find another company. This company is a scam.
