Had a bounce house rented for this last Saturday. They sent me the paid invoice the day before showing it was paid and still set up. Tried calling over multiple days to try and get timing of delivery. Never received an answer. They never showed up/called. This was for a 5 Year olds Birthday Party. Terrible service.

Beware. I don’t often leave reviews but I would hate for someone to make the same mistake I did. As if planning a wedding isn’t stressful enough. I called to inquire about chair rentals for our wedding. The woman on the phone was very nice and the price was right. I made the very silly mistake of doing business over the phone rather than getting the quote or invoice first. I was told I would get a confirmation email shortly. They charged my credit card that day but I never got an email. I called them every day for 2 weeks and they never answered the phone. My mom called from her phone as well. Nothing. I messaged them on their website (which only works half the time) and never got a response either. Looking at the reviews I now see this is the pattern. I wish I had looked at the reviews before doing business. If you’re smarter than me and are reading this—find another company. This company is a scam.

I wish there was a zero or a negative star, I would leave that. If only I had read other reviews. There is no communication or accountability. I paid 475 dollars for a piece of equipment i didn't even use. I rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday in August, it arrived so filthy. The lady kept insisting it was leaf stains on the outside, and was more concerned about me making a payment, which by the way she said she would give me a discount but when ahead and charged full price. Once we looked inside the bounce house, it was horrible, it was so dirty, it wasn't stains, it just had not been washed from previous use. We took pictures and sent to the company, the lady told me she would have management call me but no one ever did. Two days later, I called and surprisingly, someone answered and acknowledged having received the pictures, and promised a refund. It has been 3weeks now, no refund. No one answers phone calls, or returns them, it just keeps going ro voicemail. I have called over a hundred times. I tried emailing but I keep getting failure to sent notices. I need my refund. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!.

Poor experience with this company. You get no communication, things being dropped off late and picked up late as well. Overall a very frustrating experience. Was told we would get a discount and NEVER heard from the owner of the company, only from a singular employee who was the person who dropped off and picked up the tables and chairs that we rented. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I should have looked more at the reviews before deciding to use this company for my wedding. Trust the recent reviews...

Amazing service! Northland setup for our large 4th of July event Monday. The crew was 2 hour early for setup and only took 45 mins to setup this 100ft obstacle course we ordered. They where so friendly and everything so clean. Everyone was so impressed by how massive this thing was! The tables and chairs were very clean compared to other rental companies we have used in the past. We look forward to working with them again for our next event.
