Moon Valley Nurseries

Bought 5 months ago and still have not received everything. They dug in my yard only to tell me they cannot plant one of the trees. I would not recommend them and am considering filing a lawsuit or requesting a refund. My wife has asked me to wait to see if they'll ever make it right. Again, it's now been 5 months and counting. Disappointed because I see others had a good experience.

1 year later both my banana tree and flowers died:/ and they were expensive

I had an amazing experience with moon valley. My salesperson Bryan was super knowledgeable about all the trees and did a great job staying in contact and following up with me. I came in to complete the transaction today and the GM Tiffany was amazing. Keep up the good work

I can't express what a positive experience working with Gage Elders was today. Our situation was particularly complicated. He was able to assist us seamlessly. We left knowing that the delivery of our new tree would be equally profession. Because of Mr. Elder's knowledge and helpful assistance we look forward to doing future business with him.

Our new camphor tree was planted today. Fernando and his crew did an excellent job. Tiffany Kennedy helped us to select our tree and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. If we decide to get another tree, we will use Moon Valley again. Excellent service.
