I would highly recommend Moon's yoga classes to anyone at any level from beginner upwards. I knew nothing about yoga before I started and didn't feel it was something for me. I gave it a try and found a relaxed welcoming atmosphere and soon started looking forward to the sessions as a way of taking a bit of time out from the day. There are a range of different classes to suit tastes or just do multiple sessions per week. I've found it really helpful improving my resistance and core. And the relaxation feeling at the end is reinvigorating! Moon is attentive, patient and helpful and each class has something slightly different to keep you on your toes!
