We recently made a move from Chicago IL to Nashville TN. Steve and the movers team put together a quote for us. There were no hidden fees on final payment. Ivan, Alvaro, and Julio were prompt and well mannered. They put forth extra effort taking care of our belongings and treated us like family. They left for Nashville right after they loaded the truck in Chicago. The next morning they unloaded a 26ft box in about 2-3 hrs. Highly recommend MOOvers!! We moved a 3 bedroom condo with a LOT of stuff and they did a fantastic job. The guys were timely, communicative, extremely hard working, efficient, and treated our items with care (without losing speed). These guys are impressive, true professionals in their field. Our moving crew included Ernesto Alvarez, Luis Padilla, Manolo Martinez Garcia, and Marco Gonzalez. The best in the business! Even played some good music to keep the energy high. This was our first time using a moving service. We have lived at the previous address for almost 20 years so planning for the move was extremely stressful in itself. MOOvers Chicago made this process very easy. From the moment we booked them we had constant communication with office staff. On the day of the move, the team arrived earlier than expected and they cleared out the apartment in under an 1hr! We had A LOT of boxes. Everything was handled with care and we didn't have to worry about anything being broken or damaged. The team finished way under the quoted time.
