I had a wrongful termination case( 2025 July- settled late 2025 September ) against a very large company, so I assumed going with a large law firm would be the smartest move. I believed that if they saw value in the case, they would act quickly. They did move fast with the initial demand letter, which was the only real pro of working with them. That said, I do not recommend Morgan & Morgan. My assigned attorney didn’t take the time to thoroughly review the evidence I submitted and provided minimal communication throughout the process. Updates were infrequent, and when I did reach out, responses were often unclear or delayed, usually accompanied by some explanation for the lack of follow-up. Ultimately, the case relied almost entirely on my initial account, and there was little effort to push for a stronger or maximum settlement. In my opinion, the case should have been escalated and heard by a judge. It seemed clear the firm was overloaded with cases. Months would pass without any proactive communication, and I was left having to chase updates myself. Ultimately my lawyer just wanted to close the case as soon as possible. It was very rushed. I actually reached out to my assigned lawyer about another case and was completely ignored. Which honestly was a God -send. My advice, echoing many other reviews, is to consider a smaller or more specialized firm, or a truly prestigious one with the bandwidth and commitment to fight aggressively for their clients. Large TV firms take a significant cut, and clients are just another number.

George Butler excessively called, yelled and harassed our office for medical records. Their prepayment has not even been 2 weeks or a month from their original request. We mailed the original and he had not yet received them. He yelled, "who even mails them." I stated, "you asked for all medical records, that includes imaging and you asked they be certified. They have to be mailed." He was hot headed and spoke over us and kept saying "can you return a phone call, can you return a phone call, can you return a phone call...," while I tried to explain I came into the office this morning with a message from him yesterday and was called 30 minutes ago at lunch that he called 2 more times. Then called again when I got back from lunch. He called 4x during our lunch. I told him he was harassing us, we have a small office and we were well aware of his request and was about to resend via fax. He kept yelling, so I hung up on him and told him he is never to call our office again. George - no one is going to return a phone call if you act childish and unprofessional. Do not call up any office yelling. One reminder call is plenty if you are not receiving what you want. Give the typical 30 to 90 day turn around for medical records. This behavior MIGHT work in the courtroom, but not between businesses.

My case seemed to drag on for longer than anticipated and I was really beginning to get concerned about it but all of my worries went out the window when My case was taken over by attorney RUSS DEUTSCHMAN. He did a fantastic job . Very knowledgeable and in tune with my case. He didn't waste any time in bringing my case to a resolution. He made sure that I was well informed.
