If you are looking for a Good lawyer, do not look any further. My son had three felonies and misdemeanors charges. His charges included, aggravated assault with a gun, theft by taking, criminal trespass, domestic violence, etc. He was facing a very long prison sentence. Brian was able to negotiate with the courts and DA'S office in having one of the felonies and a misdemeanor charge dropped and getting a plea deal of 3 years probation and 24 domestic violence classes. He also asked the judge to terminate probation in 18 months and to seal my son's records if he completed all of the dv classes as required by the courts and the judge agreed.
