From the day of my accident until now (2 1/2 years later), Spaulding Injury Law has stuck with me and continues to fight for justice. Ted has an amazing team and he has always been personable and reachable. Bailey Benton is an awesome attorney. Smart, no-nonsense, practical, and relatable. It just took a split second to go from a dream vacation into a living nightmare. On a freezing Thanksgiving morning, our car got hit by a wrong-way driver on GA-515 in Pickens County. Our 2025 vehicle was towed to a junkyard. My husband and I were left standing on the side of the road in shock, and we were absolutely lost. I called several attorneys, but none of them were available to speak with me, and the "case manager" just wanted me to sign papers. When I called Spaulding Injury Law, I was greeted with compassion. After a brief conversation, I got transferred to Mr. Spaulding, who was very kind to me. He answered all my questions and patiently explained the first steps to start the process. Many people tell us that "it was just a car, the important thing is that you're still here", but that's very far from the truth. Even though I am very thankful to be alive, my peace of mind, my physical and mental health, so necessary to perform everyday tasks, are still locked inside my car in the junkyard. Now that I put this difficult situation in Mr. Spaulding's hands, I can focus on getting better and trying to overcome this traumatizing experience.

Spaulding law firm is a great firm. They're not all Hollywood like the larger firms. Bailey Benton is my attorney and she is wonderful. She keeps me informed and every call we've had has been 30-60mins long. I feel like im talking to a friend, not just an attorney. She's so awesome with my Marta case that I came right back to her when i was involved in a second car accident this year. She talks to you straight and keeps it all the way real.
