Incredible breathe work experience with Alycia. She really encouraged me to tap into that deeper place and focus on being present. Her voice resonates throughout the room and creates a safe space for all. 10/10 recommend. The beach dip afterwards is really the icing on the cake.
Alycia’s classes really are so genuinely wonderful, both to connect with yourself in a way that is difficult to do without guidance and connect with likeminded souls. After a rough couple of months battling anxiety, the Sunday class is something I really look forward to as I know I’ll actually be able to acknowledge, own and release the negative feelings from the week. I’ve laughed and I’ve cried with strangers who I’ve then ended up having a coffee with for an hour. I’ve done this with my partner and my sister and each time we both left more deeply connected. Alycia is a very calming soul, I felt welcome as soon as I arrived as she hugged us all 💛 I would highly recommend and you won’t regret seeing the sunrise!
