Dr. Catalina is incredible. I had my first consult with her back in December 2021 after I experienced a severe rash/hives breakout all over my body that I could not contribute any cause to. I was not having any success with visits to my primary care or emergency room doctors who simply wanted to throw steroids or a pill at me to mask symptoms. Dr. Catalina worked with me to try and find causation. I cannot tell you how much she has helped me heal over the course of the past few months. She has spent time researching my symptoms and emailing me recommendations in between visits. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a functional medicine doctor that will spend time looking at all possible avenues for what is actually causing your issues. I cannot stress enough that it is imperative to look at causation and address what your body needs to help you heal. It's not an overnight process, but if you are willing to invest the time, and work with someone who can provide a comprehensive treatment plan then I would highly recommend Dr. Catalina. She is a thoughtful and caring doctor who is invested in helping her patients find answers and individual treatments that will truly make a difference in your overall health. I am so glad I found her!!

I am so happy I found Dr. Winter. She was recommended to me by two different people in different circles of friends. I'm certain that if I hadn't called her, I'd still be feeling unheard and unwell. My spouse's career has our family moving more often than most. It's been a huge blessing that I've been able to continue to receive care and advice even from a different time zone.

Can not say enough about what Dr. Winter has done for my health. Having the benefit of a true partner in wellness has been the most exceptional blessing. I have and will continue to recommend her to any friend that is seeking a doctor with a functional approach to medicine. If only all doctors could bring the personalization that she brings, and I look forward to a future where all patients have the benefit of working with doctors like her for both optimization and better outcomes relative to commonplace procedure.

Dr. Winter is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to create a plan that is customized to your health needs and personal desires. It was one of the best decisions to have an appointment with her since I was suffering for several years. In two visits and several months on the recommended protocol most of my symptoms were resolved! it is now a year later and I still feel amazing!
