I’ve had several craniosacral therapy sessions with Jennifer Ramos, and she is phenomenal to work with. She’s patient, calm, and understanding. She takes her time working through the different muscles in your body and never rushes the process. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed I want to take a nap! I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to try craniosacral therapy to do so with Jennifer. Your body will thank you!

My experience on craniosacral therapy with Jennifer Ramos has been a 5/5 for many of my treatments. She has always been so sweet as she walks you through her process. I enjoy the conversations, its a mini meditation with treatment. I didn't have to tell her about certain areas on my body & she was able to identify them & describe what I was feeling to me. It reminded me when doctors would press down on you and said they didn't know what to say but Jennifer was able to pinpoint and move around with ease. From pressure points to moving me around I haven't felt this type of care anywhere else. Im 27 & recommend this type of therapy to my friends & acquaintances who are unaware as it has been a life changing experience with my anxiety & pains. It's given me more insight and helped me in the long run I hope many more can have the same if not better experience, she is truly a blessing.

Dr Lam has truly changed my life. She taught me permanent holistic lifestyle changes that have stayed with me for years and have improved my life drastically. Not only did she get to the root cause of my gut issues, but she healed my gut in a very short period of time and I was able to drop about 20 lbs thanks to her, and have managed to keep most of the weight off! Dr Lam is super thorough and makes sure she goes out of her way to answer each and every question you might have. I love that she is mindful of money, and doesn’t overdo it on labs like other NDs might, and I think one of the key traits that makes her a superstar healthcare provider is her empathy and how “human” she is. You never feel like a number with her and her team, and thanks to her portal you can reach out to her over email at any time! I love the options of in person or telehealth, super convenient! I first started seeing Dr. Lam at the Center for Health and Wellbeing before she opened the Sapphire Healing Center. I can’t mention enough how grateful I am to have found her. She diagnosed my daughter’s dairy allergy when no other doctor ever considered it. My daughter finally got relief from allergies we’ve been trying to conquer for years. Dr. Lam is so calm and considerate and takes every aspect of your health into account to gently guide you toward optimum health and well-being. I wish every doctor could take care of their patients like she does. I tell everyone I know about her so they can get the amazing care that I have been receiving. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but Dr. Lam has changed my family’s life in so many positive ways and I am forever grateful.
