I rarely leave reviews but I must say I had to for this one. $30 for an OLD NAVY DRESS?? Are you kidding me lol. That’s what it cost NEW! $20 for a target shirt?!? That’s the price new!!! Come on, do better!!!!

Love coming here! Lots of variety- I’m xl somewhere between a 14 and a 16 and I can usually find things that I like and fit.

Was not greeted during my visit, ignored by 2 employees. Store seems to be targeted to 50+ crowd, avoid if you’re younger as you’ll be ignored. Lots of merchandise that was cheaper new, on clearance at Macys, Nordstrom, JCPenney, etc than they are selling it for. Be a savvy shopper and just shop sales to get new items instead of paying a premium for slightly used. 30% or so of the store is cheaply made new Chinese goods (purses, tops, dresses) that they likely bought wholesale and marked up.

I came in yesterday (May 17) for the first time. The staff were welcoming and friendly and they have a lot of lovely items. I selected around 6 pieces to try on and ended up purchasing 3, paying around $70 including their 20% off promotion. I really liked one of the shirts I purchased, so I looked it up online to see if I could buy other colors. I was disappointed to see that it retails for $14.99 brand new, and is currently on sale for $10.49, but Moth Hole priced it at $18.99 as a consignment item. With the 20% off discount, I ended up paying around the same price for a second hand shirt as it would be to buy it new at full price. I enjoyed my experience at Moth Hole and I will be back to shop again, but I will be taking a closer look at prices and doing further research before I buy.

Why pay full price when you have a store like the Moth Hole? I love how they organize their store. By item, size and then by color. Want a medium blue shirt/blouse? BAM! Easy to find! They take such amazing care in curating the clothes they put on consignment. I am always greeted when I enter. THAT is so important to me. If they are busy with a customer they take that short second to welcome me. They appreciate their customers. I appreciate the staff of the Moth Hole and enjoy shopping, whether I leave with a bag full of clothes, of whether I look forward to coming back to see what they new to the store. Do give the Moth Hole a try!
