Jobspring Partners is by far the best agency I've worked with during my job search. They have a wellspring of job opportunities and are dedicated to finding you the right match. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well during my search, namely Tyler and Alex and they have been very professional throughout the process. They have always filtered the opportunities to what matched my skill set the best, in addition to the right location and rate. I attribute this to the fact that they are well organized and communicating as a team. All throughout my job search I didn't have to repeat any details about what I was looking for and targeting, whereas with other agencies I would constantly have to remind them of the details. Another aspect that I liked was that they had a good understanding of their clients and what they were looking for and were able to prepare me for the role before any interviews. I have worked with Jason Cooper for more than 4 months and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. I have worked with literally dozens of technical recruiters over the last 30 years and there are very, very few that I would be able to write a positive review about. I was not actively seeking a job at the time, but I had worked with Jobspring in the past. Jason contacted me about a position that was far too interesting not to take a shot at. I interviewed for the position and in the end, Jason was able to get me an offer that was truly too good to turn down. But it did not stop after I started working at the client. The original agreement was for a 6 month contract to hire, but before I started I had expressed interest in converting to permanent after 3 months and the client said that should be possible. But when the 3 month mark came around, the client did not seem to remember that and wanted to wait until I had been there 6 months. But thanks to Jason's efforts, I received and accepted a permanent position just 3 months and 1 day after I started as a contractor and at a salary that was even slightly higher than was originally discussed when I started. It is very rare to find a recruiter that puts your interests and desires above their own. But Jason Cooper and Jobspring did.
Jobspring Partners is very professional. They don't randomly submit your resume hoping for a hit like many other head hunting companies. They have different people specialize in different technical areas, so they know how to best represent you and find the right match. They helped connected me with companies that offer opportunities that match me well. Kelly Larson at Jobspring Partners helped me a lot throughout the process. She'd even research the company and interviewers in advance, so I can best prepare for my interviews. Really appreciate what Jobspring Partners try to do for people they try to place!
Jason was the best recruiter I have worked with. He has close relationships with many big name employers that hire mobile developers. So I was able to interview with many dream companies. He took time to meet me in person in his office to understand me much deeper than a typical recruiter does. Since I have quite a few short stints with multiple companies, Jason coached me on how to present myself properly and he helped to calm some employers' concerns over this. Jason tirelessly set up many phone and onsite interviews for me over a two month period. He provided sensible advice to me whenever I sought his help. Jason's communication is clear, honest and concise too, a total pleasure to work with. I can recommend Jason to any engineer without reservation.
With the help of Jobspring, I was able to get a job in a span of two weeks. I was hesitant at first, but now I understand why he did because he wanted to get to know me for him to be able to match me with the right jobs.
