Crystal was a great help in my job search. Her response time was fast and informative. From my very first call with her to the day I received an offer was less than 2 weeks! She gave honest reviews of the companies so there were no surprises during the interview/onboarding process. A huge aspect that I really appreciated was Crystal handled the salary negotiation on my behalf which took away some of the nerves that come along with that process. She secured the amount I was asking for which was higher than the initial offer. If you're looking to work at good companies and want the support during your job search, I would definitely recommend going through Ultimate Staffing and especially working with crystal!
