I joined Motive ATX Training in August 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My first consultation with Brian Murray was both informative and educational. I never felt pressured to join, but Brian’s thoughtful analysis of my movement and his ability to explain things clearly really stood out. It also didn’t hurt that we bonded over being fellow World of Warcraft nerds — for the Horde! That genuine connection and his professionalism made the decision to sign up an easy one. Shortly after, Brian paired me with Brian Cassady (aka “Young Brian”) as my personal trainer, and that’s where the real transformation began. Through his customized program, I saw noticeable improvements in my hip mobility — increasing both internal and external rotation — and developed smoother, more efficient movement overall. I also hit some personal goals like being able to perform more push-ups and pull-up motions than ever before. Brian taught me the value of slowing down, paying attention to how my joints move, and focusing on form before intensity. That mindset shift made a huge difference in my progress.
