Machine took $2.75 in quarters before it stopped accepting more, instead just dropping them to the return. I texted the help number. After trying to insert another quarter probably 100+ times, I was finally able to get it to register another seven quarters so I could start washing my car. It was then that I found out there was no soap in the system. I texted the help number again. Never heard a response, so proceed at your own risk. $4 and the hassle to only rinse your car is pretty ridiculous. To then not answer your "help" number is negligent.

We had the BEST experience getting our 4 vehicles detailed with their mobile service. I cannot recommend Deegan more. His prices are incredibly fair and his attention to detail is superior. He even got the dog hair out of our Jeep!

Got a lot of stuff stuff on my Jeep so I’m always looking for a good service..with Metro on State St. being closed due to construction..I tried this place…nothing worked. Hopefully, it gets a little TLC cause the location is awesome…but it does need to work

Went in just to use the vacuum. Cost was $2.00 for about 5 minutes. It only allows you to pay with a card. Pulled up to the first vacuum and swiped my card. The vacuum didn't turn on. Thinking I may have swiped my card wrong I swiped 2 more times and still nothing. I moved down to another unit and swiped my card. The vacuum started and worked fine. Time ran out, I swiped my card and I vacuumed again. I left with a clean interior. I checked my bank account the next morning and saw that my card had been charged for 5 swipes, $10. I should have only been charged for the two swipes for which the vacuum actually worked. No one was on site to talk to. I called their number and left a message. I am still waiting for a callback. We'll see if I get one and, if I do, what the company will do about it. Update: Mountain West corrected the charges for the additional swipes on my card. I was charged only for the two swipes where the vacuum actually worked. The company acted responsibly and in good faith. Thank you Mountain West.

The automated car wash doesn't clean your car. Like at all. The heads are all clogged up. It squirts a little water on your car and then blows it off. I was amazed at how little it actually removed. I think it got the doors a little bit but everything else is still really dirty. Never been to a car wash like that before. The worst part is the customer service. There's a phone number to call for problems. Goes to a voicemail and you don't get a call back.
