Beautiful gym and they have the best spin classes! Do you struggle to keep motivated in your regular spin class? MSF's DJ Cycle classes are like a dance party on a bike. So much fun and it's easy to keep motivated. I always find myself literally dancing in the saddle. If you're looking for the perfect New Year's glow-up that is low impact and burns calories, look no further. The instructors and DJs are top notch and keep the party going. If you need any modifications whatsoever they're cool with that too. I've been to spin classes at other gyms and this is the best by far.

I cannot say enough great things about the childcare at Mountainside! I bring both of my girls, a toddler and an infant, and they absolutely love it here. The entire staff is warm, patient, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Charlotte in particular is incredible, she always greets my girls with the biggest smile, remembers their little quirks, and makes them feel safe and excited to be there. As a mom, it gives me so much peace knowing they’re in such good hands while I get a workout in. The space is clean, organized, and they always have age-appropriate activities ready to go. My toddler runs in every time, and my baby is always calm and content when I pick her up, any mom can attest: this says everything. Highly recommend this gym and their childcare! Charlotte is amazing and we’re so grateful for her! 💛

I’m new to AZ and have been to a couple mtnside locations. This is by far my kids’ and my favorite. The child watch staff greet my kids by name and are excited to see them every time. It’s definitely made our transition from the Midwest much easier and doesn’t allow any excuses to not work out! The gym equipment and area is clean. I do wish they kept up on the sauna infrared lighting—there has never been a time all are working.

I’d love this give this place a good review being that’s it’s new and has great amenities but the customer service and cleanliness overrules all of it. The fact that we are paying more than competing gyms surrounding us and the locker rooms are unkept for, the steam rooms smell like mold (probably a safety hazard), and the literal KIDS that work here have no sense of professionalism and work ethic is insane!!! Every time I come in the locker room, the “staff” is sitting around on their phones as if there’s nothing to do and it looks a hot mess. I definitely will be reporting to the department of health because this cannot be right.

absolutely love this Gym have been a member of many different gyms in different states. It’s not just the quality of the gym itself but the people are fantastic. Very upbeat. Great classes great equipment great amenities.
