Chris completed a service at our house today. He was profession and courteous. Chris asked us about our concerns and made several suggestions on solutions he could provide to best manage them. He worked quickly and efficiently inside and outside the house. Before entering the house, he donned temporary shoe coverings to avoid tracking anything into the house. He also identified a hazard in our yard (an undetected hole) that will need some attention. Before leaving, Chris followed up with us to ensure that our expectations were met.
