Demone, Von, and crew were absolutely fantastic. Careful with all the furniture and very polite & courteous. Moving is stressful enough and this one went very smoothly!

Movers Mike and Zeke were absolutely fantastic. They were cool guys with impressive strength and moving skills. I could tell they genuinely cared about their jobs and customers. Managers Josh (sorry, didn't get a last name), and Drew Tate were great as well. They were understanding and didn't make me feel like an idiot and a thief when their payment system had an error. The funds were claimed from my bank but the rude lady from Remote Ops demanded that I pay again because it wasn't showing as received on her end, despite me showing the transaction to Mike and Zeke who confirmed it to her. I told her that I used to work for a bank and that the banks don't process over the weekend and she got increasingly rude and condescending, telling me she also used to work for a bank and that's not how it works. She tried to rerun my card and it was declined. I told her of course it was declined because her payment system already had the money placed on hold and there was nothing left to take. I gave the phone back to Mike and called my bank who confirmed it. My girlfriend overheard the lady asking if they could hold any of my possessions as collateral until the payment came through. Thank God they had already unloaded everything and they told her they couldn't take it back. Manager Josh called later to apologize and said they would monitor their systems. Manager Drew called the next day and we went over it again. He told me he showed a declined transaction and the time. I said that time matches when Remote Ops tried to rerun the card. He then sent me an email with a screenshot showing my initial deposit, the declined transaction, and another one with an amount and time stamp that matched what was showing in my bank. Once I confirmed this, he said that he considered the matter settled. Note: This is the ONLY set of emails that I have received during this process. If you read this, thank you. Communication was absolutely atrocious. I talked to multiple people who kept bouncing back and forth between Sunday and Tuesday for my move date. I never received any visual confirmation of my move because they kept spelling my email address wrong, despite my reading it aloud and spelling it out and even sending then emails with pictures of what they were going to move. I wasn't sure what day they were going to show up. On Sunday morning at 7:39 I got a phone call that there were some call offs so they would be there later than planned and will give me a call when they were 30-45 minutes away. It was frustrating but I was a little relieved because at least i know they were coming that day. At 8:45 AM, I got another call saying that they'll be able to get there sooner and will let me know 30-45 minutes before they arrive. At 9:26, I get a call from Mike telling me he was in front of my building. I had to drop what I was doing and rush down to let him in. He didn't know that no one told me he was coming now. Also, no one told him what they were moving or that there was a stop at a storage unit a half mile away. They also did not pass along the email I sent showing permission to use the bulk trash. Again, thank you Movers Mike and Zeke for being cool guys that worked hard, and Managers Josh and Drew for being understanding and knowing how to talk to a human being, especially one that is under a lot of stress.
