I went in to have my laptop battery replaced and I had already purchased the battery from Amazon... it was agreed on the phone to install for $45. Came back and he added $20 for a some browser and BIOS updates....should have texted and asked. But it was his attitude at payout as he was having to deal with his Venmo account...Anyways, I got the battery installed. But not good with just poor attitude, especially with an unauthorized 'upgrade' and probably not going to return, no, on second thought..I am sure I won't go back. There are plenty of other computer repair services that don't come with attitude.

Greg at Mr. Computer updated and completely reloaded all my data onto a new laptop, and added software. He, also, spent time explaining everything in detail, taught me how to do some tasks, and gave me many tips. Best computer tech service I've ever had. Plus, very reasonably priced. I will definitely go to him for any computer issues. I highly recommend!

Greg did an awesome job explaining to me what the issue was with my computer and was very efficient with the time it took to fix it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for someone to help you with your technology and not feel like you’re being ripped off. I will be coming back with any future issue I have.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Mr computer is the best. Super knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues and options for repair. Very easy to drop off and pick up. Communicated regular updates and made the whole process so easy. Repairs were excellent, fast, and my machine is working better than the day I bought it! I can’t recommend his services enough. Great guy and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you have a computer issue, bring it to Mr computer. You’ll thank me later!

Mr. Computer is as sociable and professional as he is skilled at fixing computers--that is, very good at it. He did an amazing job with my new gaming rig that wouldn't start up. He went beyond just fixing the issue and cleaned things up in the case and installed some basic necessities. He was kind and courteous and accommodating, even helped move my rig to my car. Would recommend! Note: go to the back of the building and open the big wood door to find him. Call first. Great guy, great job!
