I had a great experience with Mr. Electric, especially working with Tyler. Communication was excellent from the start — I received a text, email, and phone call letting me know he was on his way, along with a photo and his name, which I really appreciated as a first-time homeowner. Tyler spent the time needed to thoroughly diagnose the issue and later returned to complete the work. Throughout the process, he was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain what he was doing and didn’t mind me observing so I could learn and better understand my home. Overall, this was a very positive experience from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with the service and will absolutely continue to use Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs.

Kevin, Sam, and Steve came on December 2nd to hide our TV wire in our wall and check on our breaker box. They were all very kind and knowledgeable. The only issue we had was the piece of drywall they had to re screw into the wall was not in the whole way when they had to puzzle piece the wall back together after fishing the TV cord in the wall so it wouldn't show and it was sticking out and needed to be reinforced back into the wall with wood studs behind it. I didn't notice it until after they left that day. Today on December 8th, Daniel was able to come in and fix it for us to make it more flush and not stick out as much. I changed my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. Great group of guys and friendly service. Thank you!

Tyler did an outstanding job on completing the work that had to be done. He was kind, professional, but yet personable. He even gave me pointers on some other electrical projects I asked him about. I took his business card because when and if I decide to get the projects done, I will be reaching out to Tyler. The office customer service (Lindsay) was also great. She was patient and prompt in returning my calls. They both made me feel like they appreciated my business.
