please don’t go here to get your phone screen fixed. within 1 day my screen cracked again and 3 days later i drop it (in a case) maybe 2ft from the ground in my bedroom and now the display is completely discolored. just go to apple and get your phone fixed, don’t try to choose the affordable option like me :(

Went to Mr. Fix and recieved help from Mr. Shiva. I explained to him the issue with my phone. He was able to replace the damage part in no time. He had me in and out in less than an hour and my phone is working great. I recommend Mr. Fix if you need a repair. Price wss fair too.

I brought my iPad Pro to Mr. Fix Cell Phone and Computer Repair for a simple diagnostic. I paid $45 up front and was told they would contact me after checking the device. However, several hours passed and I never received a single call or update. When I finally went back to the store, I was shocked to find out that they hadn’t even started the diagnostic. Despite taking my money and my contact information, they completely ignored my case and wasted my time. Even worse, I’m now concerned that they may have opened or tampered with my iPad without telling me. I had important game data and personal information on the device, and I was never asked if I wanted to back anything up or protect my data. This business may have high ratings online, but my experience was extremely disappointing. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. I would not recommend this store to anyone — especially if you care about your device or your time.
