I have had three experiences with Norfolk Computer Fix and all have been positive. A year ago, my laptop computer crashed and Tork replaced the hard drive and updated my laptop and took care of it all in less than a day at a very fair price. More recently, I dropped that laptop and cracked the hinge and the screen had only lines. It could not reasonably be repaired and this was confirmed by two other firms, so I was offered two different used laptops that were available for purchase and chose the less expensive one but after using it for a week was unhappy with it and was able to exchange it for the more expensive one which was more substantial and had more features. He set up the new laptop exactly as I needed and did this all in less than a day so that I did not have to miss my classes. What great service all done quickly and at a very reasonable price with guaranteed satisfaction. Cannot get any better than that. I highly recommend Norfolk Computer Fix and would definitely use them for any future computer needs.
