I hired HandyMan to hang some really heavy mirrors and I’m so glad I did! The tech, Mark Samek was outstanding! He was punctual, professional, and proficient. The work was great! The price was great! 5 star experience. Thank you HandyMan of Burleson! I will definitely use your services again.

I was really very disappointed with this horrible so called handyman business. The woman answering the service calls was very incompetent and apparently didn’t listen to anything that I told her. The person that they sent to my house I wasn’t sure that I even wanted him to enter. He looked very unprofessional and spoke with a heavy accent. It was hard to communicate with him. I wasn’t impressed to say the least. The woman that sent him over totally misinformed him of what it was that I was wanting which was just an estimate. She told him that I was ready for the work to be done. That was definitely NOT the case. I felt bad because he was misinformed by the woman that never stopped running her mouth to listen to my request. That woman who answered the service calls was unprofessional and I’m sure she has hurt the business. Very unprofessional. I would never use this place nor would I ever recommend them. 😡

We had Mr. Handyman come to replace tile and sheetrock after major plumbing repairs. Quincy Boston was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did a wonderful job! The tile looks just like it did when first installed!

If I could give more stars, I would!!!! Raymon and Tyler were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job! They did all of the work in a timely manner without rushing it! They were very personal in helping me choose the color of the new vanity, they made it their mission to help me find the perfect color, and vanity, and when the vanity they bought was found to have a small crack as they were installing it, they immediately returned it, and found out it was out of stock, so they had a new one ordered and shipped directly to my house with instructions to notify them as soon as it was received, (which was on a Saturday), they were there 1st thing Monday morning installing it and sealing everything up! I will and already have recommended them to friends and family! They went above and beyond after my son's toilet busted overnight and flooded half the house, everything looks amazing!! When I found a tiny leak a week later, that most likely wasn't even a cause of anything they did, Raymon came back that same day and had it fixed and had us back up and running!! We can not recommend them enough. We will be using them again anytime we need repairs!
