Sales team were fantastic when I placed my order online and phone follow up. I was however extremely disapointed when I asked if I could have a photo of the flowers sent to me before they went out and was told they were too busy to do that. I would have thought that a customer spending nearly $600 on flowers could at least have the time spent with a simple mobile phone photo. As such, I cannot say whether I was happy with the flowers sent as I never saw them. I don't even know if the recipiant received them. Your company does however operate a very professional organisation, please just give a little more understanding towards customer service. Many thanks; Ian

Unfortunately, my experience with MrRoses was not a good one. On receiving, some of the flowers had not even bloomed, and did not last long before dying in 2-3 days. It was quiet embarrassing as the person I purchased them for, someone who understands flowers, said they were of poor quality. Unfortunately, their customer service was quick to dismiss my dissatisfaction and said the flowers were "stunning" and died due to user error. I won't be purchasing from MrRoses again and believe it is by far the worst florist experience I have had.
