Ice cream is great and our family love their products, the problem is they haven't come round to our street/area for about 3 years! We've got about 20+ kids/adults in our street that always bought an ice cream. I've sent emails and messages on FB but i get no reply. Such a shame as the kids used to look forward to having a family ice cream every Sunday. Might want to improve your communication and customer relations.
