Unfortunately I was greeted by a very hostile and disrespectful attitude by the receptionist when I came today. Her lack of knowledge also left me feeling quite uneasy. I left without servicing my machine as no expertise or skill could justify how awful I felt after the interaction I had today. Please reflect on how your staff’s actions and words can affects others.
