I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store. I drove for an hour to get there, making sure to arrive before 4 pm, only to be told that trading in my phone would take about 40 minutes. I feel frustrated that this information wasn't communicated to me beforehand, as it would have greatly impacted my decision on whether to visit the store at that time. Given the effort I put into arriving early, I expected a more substantial process or at least some warning about the quick turnaround time. I can understand that you're closing at 4 pm, but it would be nice if this was communicated with a better attitude. Maybe some customer service improvements would be great in streamlining this process and enhancing the overall experience for customers like me. Sincerely, Brian
