Amazing. Paul was super efficient and communication was as promised. Had our 6 year old Sony TV fixed within 2 hours and then kept it running for 8 hours to ensure no secondary faults. He let me know exactly what the problem was, how it was fixed and made some adjustments to the settings to prolong the life of the TV. He was upfront during discussion before I brought it over about the deposit and how he would be handling the repair. As others have mentioned - his workshop is based out of his garage, but you can see how organised he is and it is reflected in his service! Would recommend Paul's service without hesitation.
